Tei works on business analytics, analyzing potential market for the technology using GIS analysis and global datasets. With Tei’s work, it is possible to map all the feasible areas in a geographic region that are within the allowable height and distance from water sources (rivers and canals). She has got MSc. Degree in Geo-Information Science from Wageningen University.

Tim is the lead product designer at aQysta, looking after the design process of critical parts and components. He looks after product design, component acquisition, prototyping, and prototype evaluation.. He has got MSc. degree in Integrated Product Design from Delft University of Technology.

Sujan leads the team in Nepal and works on sales and business development as well as in improving aQysta's technology with experiments and localization in Nepal. He is a Mechanical Engineer, with a Master of Engineering degree, in Energy Systems, Planning and Management from, the Institute of Engineering IOE, Tribhuvan University.

Puja is an accounts & operations officer at aQysta based in Nepal. She is a graduate in Business Studies from Tribhuvan university. She is responsible for implementing accounting systems, bookkeeping & mobilizing resources. She ensures smooth operations of the company by providing necessary support.

Amrit is responsible for hydraulic design of various components of conveyance structure, weirs and other related structures and their implementation in the site. He is also involved in Hydraulic modelling and experimentation for R&D projects.

Prajowala’s role at aQysta is administration of the IT infrastructure and providing support.

Sanjog is a Civil Engineering graduate here at aQysta as an Implementation Engineer responsible for the successful deployment of HyPump and other installations on site working closely with Country Manager to ensure companys' project implementation targets are met along with spearheading internal/external stakeholder management and project management activities.

Ramila works as an agronomist at aQysta Nepal. She is a post graduate in M.sc.Ag (Horticulture) from TU. She is responsible for preparing crop production plan, designing cropping calendar and providing technical assistance to the farmers needed for Grown Farm Incubator.

Anup has a diploma in I.Sc.Ag. His role is to work with the farmers to identify problems and help them solve it, providing knowledge & training about new technologies and modern farming techniques to promote sustainable agriculture.

Jugal works as a Global Digital Marketing Officer responsible for designing and planning marketing content for the company's social channels. With his expertise in digital marketing, he helps aQysta create compelling campaigns that engage with their target audience and drive business growth.

Rohan is responsible for connecting to a premium sales channels for produce/harvest of the GROWN Farm Incubator, onboarding market partners. & developing strategies to market the concept of the GROWN Farm incubator to stakeholders.

Amisha Mugrati is from Dolakha. She has completed diploma in I.Sc.Ag (plant science) from Sarba Technical School. Her job is to collaborate with farmers, farmers group to identify the problems and assist/ suggest them with proper agricultural advice to boost farmer production.

Sunil primarily works on-site scouting and ensuring the smooth operation of previously installed pumps and irrigation equipment. He also aids in ongoing GROWN activities.

Yubraj looks over execution of the GROWN farm incubator expansion plan by identifying potential areas for expanding farm incubator, and ensuring a supply of agricultural products to meet the market demand generated by agri-sales marketing team

Sabin Shrestha holds Bachelor’s in Business Studies degree from Tribhuwan University and semi-qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI. He has 4 years of experience in the fields of auditing and accounting, finance, taxation, etc. He looks after the global finance and accounting in aQysta.

Sandip has MBA in hospitality and tourism industry from Nims Delhi and is pursuing double MBA at Phoenix College. His main role at aQysta is to manage the operations tasks in Nepal.

Elina has completed her diploma in I.Sc.Ag. Her responsibilities involve working closely with farmers to provide guidance and training on crop health, production, and pest control based on organic farming. She is also involved in managing resources, integrating tasks of forest trees and crops, and promoting organic products to local markets.

Saijjad works as a Technical sub-engineer in aQysta. He is responsible for the implementation and overseeing smooth operations of the Hy-pump, Barsha Pump, and Integrated Turbine Pump(ITP). I manage all the spare parts and required equipment needed to maintain the pumps as well as provide base support to GROWN incubator based in Nepal.

Tim is the country manager for aQysta's office in Malawi. He is responsible for all activities and operations within Malawi.  He has a bachelor's degree in social work and 7 years of working experience in Africa (private sector).

Chisomo primarily works on developing the market for aQysta's product in Malawi. She also handles sales and marketing activities in Malawi. She has got a Diploma in Environmental Management from the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Malawi (LUANAR).

Grace works as a Marketing officer for aQysta Malawi. She is the contact person for local media and is responsible for organizing fairs, managing adverts, and maintaining cordial relationships with local farmers and organizations. She's got a Bachelors's Degree in Agribusiness management.

Rodney works as an Accountant at aQysta and is based in Malawi. He has majored in Bachelors of Accountancy (BAC) and a holder of a Bachelors Degree in Accounting

Washington is responsible for planning agronomic activities for our farmers. 

Elvis ensures farmer's compliance with organic certification standards. He also facilitates training sessions for local farmers on the organic farm and helps implement ICS for organic certification.

Lughano has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering. She oversees day-to-day farm operations and ensures compliance with organic farming principles. Lughano also facilitates training sessions for local farmers on organic farming practices.

McAustin is responsible for the sales of commodities that are grown and purchased by aQysta. He searches for leads, discusses sales, and closes deals. Additionally, he is involved in market linkage locally, regionally, and internationally.

Madelon is an agri-business developer in the Malawi office. Her current projects include up-scaling the processing facility, implementing food safety and quality systems, and identifying new potential market areas. She holds a Masters degree in Food Technology.

Global Finance Officer

Bipasha looks after the designing, managing, and evaluating marketing campaigns. Directing social media engagement strategy. 

Kalpa’s role is to manage all the field works starting with crop to managing farmers activity, monitor daily task needed for Grown farm incubator.

Prashant works as manufacturing manager at the aQysta office in India. His main tasks are to source and manufacture maximum components of the pump in India only and he is also looking after the installation of the pumps. He is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from the University of Mumbai, India.

Puspendra manages all the field works starting with crop to managing farmers activity, monitor daily task needed for Grown farm incubator.

Sushila is responsible for implementing accounting systems, bookkeeping & mobilizing resources in India and also ensures the smooth operations of the company by providing necessary support.

Ida is responsible for the operations and the coordination of the GROWN Farm Incubator activities in northeast India. She has a Master’s degree in International Development Studies and African studies.
