TEAM AND ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant, where you’ll ensure smooth day to day operations, financial accuracy, and effective support for management and administration.
  • As a key member of our team, you will ensure that all billings are received by clients in a timely and proper manner along with determining accounts with accumulating overdue and take the necessary steps to collect dues immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain an overview of payments and outstanding (Partner ledger) of different B2B customers of the company including Hotels,Restaurants with the help of Accounts team.

  • Carry out regular follow up and visits to ensure the payments are received on timely manner as per the agreed terms and conditions.

  • Maintaining day to day payment received status and work towards reducing the total outstanding amount as a main goal.

  • Manage filing systems and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Conduct bank visits as required for operational needs.

  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

    • +2 Completed and Bachelor’s running can also apply (Background in Accounts is highly preferable)

    • Should have the knowledge of Ms Office Package like Excel, Word, ppt., etc.

    • Dedicated and day to day work oriented (Process Oriented)

    • Attention to Details

    • Punctual and Good Time management

    • Someone with good negotiation and communication skills
