The Business Analyst is being recruited, in a full-time position to aQysta global team

The Business Analyst will work to analyze current performance and growth opportunities for the Grown Farm Incubator in Nepal, India, and Malawi.

As such, the Business Analyst will be at the heart of aQysta’s mission of empowering smallholder farmers.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Conceptualizing proposals and framing them to call requirements and aQysta’s strategy

Collecting data and analyzing the key performance indicators of the Grown Farm Incubator
-
Preparing analytics reports and presentations of the key performance indicators
-
Suggestions based on the insights from data to improve organizational strategy and pathways to the CEO
-
Monitor and identify market opportunities to grow business in the sector
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
-
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in business analytics for innovative startups/SMEs preferably in the agriculture sector

Having a Master’s degree in the relevant field of business administration or similar
-
Combination of attention to detail and strategic thinker
-
Proficient with, and enjoy working with numbers
-
Excited about exploring new opportunities
-
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and proactive in work approach.
