TEAM AND ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in cultivating strategic partnerships and driving growth initiatives

  • As a key member of our business development team, you will support various aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to client relationship management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients for our product portfolio

    • Assist in creating and implementing business development strategies to expand our client base in EU, middle East and US

    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.

    • Prepare quotations for clients

    • Standardize import and export processes

    • Build a database of product parameters, shipping rates, labs and import requirements for various products and markets

    • Participate in fairs to to build relationships with potential clients and partners.

    BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agri-business, Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related field

    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the business development process.

    • Good business acumen, market insights, and business development skills.

    • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

    • Problem-solving attitude

    • Adaptable and Resilient
