TEAM AND ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Executive is being recruited, in a full-time position, to be a part of the aQysta Global Marketing team.
-
The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with Global Marketing Officer to expand aQysta’s Grown Farm Incubator in its focus countries, actively supporting in on boarding more market partners and partner organizations for sales of crops/harvest of farmers aQysta works with by drafting and executing proper digital marketing strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Creation of suitable marketing and promotional materials to generate new relevant leads and interested buyers

Develop new sales and marketing (digital) channels for the produce/harvests of the Grown Farm Incubator

Generate leads of potential buyers through different marketing campaigns and update them to CRM
-
On-board market partners/actors who are willing to buy harvest from farm incubator
-
Developing a strategy to market the concept of the Grown Farm Incubator to relevant stakeholders.
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
-
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in creating content and marketing (preferably through digital channels) for sales of agricultural crops/commodities
-
Proficient in social media handling including content creation in all major social media apps and digital marketing tools such as Canva, illustrator etc
-
Practical experience in marketing of agriculture products/crops is required.

Having a Bachelors or Master’s degree in marketing, mass communication, digital marketing or business administration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali to communicate with traditional, conventional, non-conventional, and institutional buyers of harvests/crops.

Strong presentation skills (interactive with preparing slides, etc.).

Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and proactive in work approach.
