TEAM AND ROLE OVERVIEW
-
The Processing Facility Manager is being recruited, in a full-time position, to be a part of aQysta Malawi’s Operation team.
-
The Processing Facility Manager will work to smoothly operate the aQysta’s processing facility in Malawi, to bring the optimal output.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the processing facility to meet the daily/weekly/monthly production goals
-
Ensuring all the quality control standards are met right from the input sourcing to packing and forwarding.

Optimizing the available resources to generated forecasted output by cutting down the unnecessary costs.

Managing and closely monitoring the processing staffs

Analyze wastage and introducing corrective actions to minimize wastage

Assisting the finance team and the country manager in budgeting and forecasting the finances related to the facility activities, by supplying accurate information.

Supporting the seniors in further development of the infrastructure of the processing facility to improve efficiency.
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
-
Minimum 1-year working experience in managing the factory/plant/processing facility. Freshers with a strong passion for operations management, who would like to grow with team aQysta are encouraged to apply.

Having a diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce/operation management, BBS/ BBA is preferred. However, the educational degree is not a barrier for deserving candidates.

Knowledge of equipment and technical expertise is a plus

Being able to plan work, structured way of working and capable of organizing the team is a must.
